At EDT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EDT account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure the Package

  Place the unused beauty items in their original boxes and ensure they are safely packed in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
